getAccountSoulSettings

Read explicit selected Soul safe settings DTO. Excludes payout/legal identity/private asset delivery and legacy RED maintenance. Account Personal only; explicit Team selection is rejected without fallback. Canonical surface, current membership/restriction and entity/participant ownership checks remain authoritative. This native GET may initialize missing owned-surface message commercial configuration. It does not debit funds or start generation, but is not guaranteed free of writes; do not automatically retry it.

Untrusted explicit workspace UUID. Omitted selects Personal. Workspace commands require current membership, role, surface and grant; explicit denied selection never falls back. Account-owned commands reject a nonpersonal selected workspace. One Account surface key spans currently authorized workspaces; selecting a workspace never issues another key.
