Read Creator Plan and current Soul monetization revision

Delegates canonical GET /api/creator-plan/presentation using the verified Account. Requires souls.update as a mutation prerequisite. Read response.usage.projectionRevision and pass it unchanged as expectedProjectionRevision to monetizeSoul/unmonetizeSoul; refresh after a revision conflict. The response also supplies canonical Soul action availability. No purchase or plan change occurs.
